Why is my partner agreement being assigned to Dicker Data?

As part of Cloud Software Group go-to-market strategy, Cloud Software Group established a Strategic Agreement with Dicker Data. Under this agreement Dicker Data will now cover the Territory under your current partner agreement. 
Do I still have a partner agreement with Citrix Systems?

Your current partner agreement with Citrix Systems will end on the assignment’s effective date or the termination date specified in the Assignment Letter Agreement. You will receive a new Partner Agreement from CXANZ.

Will my customers know that I’ve been assigned to Dicker Data, does the assignment affect my relationship with my Citrix customers?

Your Dicker Data assignment should not affect your end customer relationship. 
Will Dicker Data be providing Technical Support Services to end customers and partners?
